I enjoy coming here. Fully vegetarian menu and everything can be made vegan (and not just as an afterthought...they clearly care about veganism). The food is good and the staff are very friendly. It's located on the campus of AB Tech but don't let that deter you, parking is a breeze. This is a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch.
A must-visit! Hubs and I had the BBQ Tempeh & Kale Slaw Sandwich on sourdough bread (one with avocado, and one with kraut), and also a chocolate chip muffin, Nitro Cold Brew, and a Matcha Latte’! Everything was absolutely delicious! The young lady who took our order was super-sweet, and Bob, the owner, took time to come to our table and introduce himself! I highly recommend eating here!
My partner and I are so excited for this AMAZING addition to Asheville! We were here this morning and were blown away by the creativity and deliciousness of the bbq tempeh sandwich. We also had a nuts over chocolate smoothie that was the perfect texture and level of sweetness. The muffins were also sooooo good!!!
