We've been going to this Breugger's for a couple of years now. We LOVE the food. It is always delicious. However, the service and atmosphere leave much to be desired. The bathrooms are always disgusting. I have been to truck stop bathrooms in Iowa that are cleaner. The employees making the orders are mostly delightful. The employees running the register and/or managing are not. They talk to each other the whole time, play on their phone or ignore customers until THEY are ready....read full review
I know the labor market is tight. But the Biltmore Brueggers takes 30 minutes minimum, no matter how many people are in line, what time of day it is, no matter what you order..... more often than not there are employees talking while only one person deals with both door dash orders and folks in line.

I was in Asheville here for a bachelorette party trip! And my oh my, we came here the two mornings for breakfast because the bagels are phenomenal! Very friendly staff and quick service despite the long line! Coffee was great too! Chill setting, saw people doing work and reading books!
