Great experience! There was a bit of a wait to get in but the food, coffee, and Alex and Claire were awesome! I got the biscuits and gravy (sausage+mushroom) highly recommend.

ButterPunk has great service, excellent food, and a nice atmosphere. The biscuits are the focus, and they are delicious, with a crisp, buttery outside and tender inside. The breakfast sandwich with a soufflé egg is a popular choice, and the scallion mayo is perfect. The miso caramel iced latte is also a hit, with a perfectly balanced flavor. The cheddar jalapeño biscuit and biscuits and gravy are other favorites. The staff is friendly, and the colorful, creatively decorated place has a happy atmosphere. The food is amazing, with great flavors, and the homemade jam is a highlight. The line may be long, but it moves quickly. The only drawback is that the prices may be a bit expensive for breakfast. Overall, ButterPunk is a solid spot with great food and a fun atmosphere.
