ButterPunk has great service, excellent food, and a nice atmosphere. The biscuits are the focus, and they are delicious, with a crisp, buttery outside and tender inside. The breakfast sandwich with a soufflé egg is a popular choice, and the scallion mayo is perfect. The miso caramel iced latte is also a hit, with a perfectly balanced flavor. The cheddar jalapeño biscuit and biscuits and gravy are other favorites. The staff is friendly, and the colorful, creatively decorated place has a happy atmosphere.
