I can't emphasize enough how horrible this chicken sandwich was. I'm local and have been coming here for years (starting out when they had this sandwich at Buxton Hall Barbecue), and this place has gone spectacularly downhill. The chicken was gristly and just not good, the toppings were cold (both pimiento cheese and a sad slice of American cheese, not at all warmed or melted), and they no longer put the signature sauce on it that used to come on it (now you have to pay extra). Honestly the whole thing was joyless to eat and kind of disgusting. And it cost $12 for one sandwich and no side!! Chik Fil A is WAAAYYY better. Also tried a cookie and it was abysmal and inedible; it tasted like a cookie from a grocery store but even worse, which is hard to even imagine. I ate one bite of the cookie and threw the rest away. It's a true shame, because these sandwiches used to be great.This will be my last time here.

Today my Rib and I spent today in Asheville. We primarily walked around downtown Asheville. Of course we got hungry and luckily we were close to this restaurant. The young lady that waited on us was awesome. My Rib and I tried the Nashville Chicken sandwich. It was spicy\\hot. The young lady who took our order told us she would offer us another sandwich if it was too hot. The sandwich was for my Rib and she ordered another sandwich. Both sandwiches were awesome and the waffles fries were crisp and cooked to perfection. I would give this place a 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 👍🏾. Definitely check it out. Awesome service, atmosphere, and food

I had a Nashville hot sandwich with bacon and cheese, fries, and the sauces (house made palace, honey mustard, and ranch).
By far the freshest and tastiest fried chicken I’ve had in a long long time. The fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. All three sauces complimented the sandwich and fries perfectly!
Shoutout to Chelsea, Nick, and Jason that served me today. You all have something great going on!

My family and I were really excited to try this spot. However, things took a turn when we experienced unprofessional service. After placing our order at the counter, we noticed the lady who took our order seemed to mention to the kitchen staff that we didn’t leave a tip. This made us feel incredibly uncomfortable, and as a result, we decided to void our order and leave. We were not informed or aware that tipping was expected for counter service. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to trying the food, but the lack of professionalism in the service made us uncomfortable enough to leave. We hope the staff can improve their approach to customer service in the future.

Recelle was unprofessional. This is a takeout restaurant where there is no sit down service. We heard her say clearly to the cook staff that no tip was provided and we cancelled a large order because of this.

My husband got the club sandwich and said it's the best chicken sandwich he's ever had. Juicy and flavorful, wish we knew the sauce they used on it. I had the chicken tenders and was surprised how many came in the container, it was really a great deal. We shared the basket of fries and barely could finish everything. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity for the price of everything.
