I had chicken tenders and fried pickles. Tenders were tasty, I loved the fact that they were not salty. Pickles were salty, I brought them to my hotel and enjoyed with beer. The store hour on google map said they close at 5pm, but I ordered around 6:30pm, so not sure what is the correct store hour is. The S&W market foot court itself shows closing time as 8pm. It was pretty dark&quiet when I visited on Tuesday dinner time

Do not waste your money on the fountain drinks here, they charge you the same as any other place does, but give you what equates to a water cup worth of soda. Staff was pretty mediocre, chicken was Chick-fil-A level, dipping sauce was decent, but very small portions.

I really wanted to love this. The S&W building is gorgeous, a wonderful place to eat. The man who took my order was very friendly. Unfortunately my chicken was very mediocre and the fries were so overcooked that they were inedible. Hard as bricks. I actually did go and ask for better fries. Again, the front worker was real nice and a new batch was given to me in exchange, but other than a few small ones on top which were just a little overcooked the second batch was also super overdone and hard.

I can't emphasize enough how horrible this chicken sandwich was. I'm local and have been coming here for years (starting out when they had this sandwich at Buxton Hall Barbecue), and this place has gone spectacularly downhill. The chicken was gristly and just not good, the toppings were cold (both pimiento cheese and a sad slice of American cheese, not at all warmed or melted), and they no longer put the signature sauce on it that used to come on it (now you have to pay extra). Honestly the whole thing was joyless to eat and kind of disgusting. And it cost $12 for one sandwich and no side!! Chik Fil A is WAAAYYY better. Also tried a cookie and it was abysmal and inedible; it tasted like a cookie from a grocery store but even worse, which is hard to even imagine. I ate one bite of the cookie and threw the rest away. It's a true shame, because these sandwiches used to be great.This will be my last time here.
BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD. I got the bee’s knees and it was just phenomenal. So so so delicious and crispy! Genuinely no complaints whatsoever. Service was great too, the guy up front was super friendly! Overall 10/10 experience.
