Lovely rooftop spot, large and spacious. Had several small plates to share, all delicious. Spanish mussel dish not to be missed! Our server, Luke, was superb ..kind and helpful!

We came here for breakfast at sunrise. There was a buffet (I think about $23) but we ordered from the menu at about $15-18 each, juice or coffee included! Portions were not huge, but eggs, bacon, french toast, potatoes... everything was delicious. And service was the best we've received anywhere in AVL: super friendly, kind and attentive. Will certainly go there for breakfast again!

We attended the New Year's Eve party. Being a rooftop bar, I expected the heaters outside to be going so the seating could be used. That section was open, but no heat and there was minimal seating to be able to sit near the bar to try and enjoy the band. They had a DJ and a band and in some sections of the room the noise just merged and made neither enjoyable. The bar staff was rude to customers who were upset when they had raised the garage door to the outside and were freezing. The bartender told them that the bar staff were hot and that they should find other seats - which there were none. Those filled up before 8:30. I wish it had been more enjoyable. Having a place to go without having to drive or get an Uber while staying at the hotel was convenient, but I wouldn't go back.

The cocktails were very disappointing, and the bread pudding was not as good as expected which is the whole reason we went to Capella in the first place. Some of the staff were friendly, but some were not.

Started the evening with cocktails at the bar, bar tender was knowledgeable and friendly. Caught the sunset which was nice. The food was delicious had the braised short rib, my significant other had the steak and asparagus. Waitress was friendly and prompt. Enjoyed the experience.
