Can not say enough good things about this. I have eaten here several times and every single time it has been amazing. No duds ever. It is spicy, delicious, fresh, and perfect. AND they are very kind about adapting menu to fit food preferences. AND it is locally sourced. AND the presentation - they put a tiny amount of fish scales on top of a dish to make it glitter. Wish it was open everyday and I could order online, but always another excuse to drink delicious beer from Cellarest. Thank you for making my tastes buds happy and my soul satisfied.

Located on Cellarest Beer Project's property, Cassia offers some of the best Thai/Asian inspired food in west Asheville. We recently had them cater our wedding that was at Cellarest and they did a phenomenal job with everything! The food was probably one of the most talked about highlights among our guests. Maddy and Trevor are some great people delivering even greater food. Don't sleep on their small but mighty food truck!

Straight dang fire. The best Thai food I’ve had in Asheville. Their food pairs so well with Cellarest’s beers and atmosphere too. Menu tends to rotate (they always post it on Instagram @cassia.avl) and I have never once had anything that wasn’t thoughtfully made and absolutely delicious. It’s worth noting I’m always the guy adding sauces/spices to my takeout, but my meals from Cassia are always perfect as they come. Meat, veggie and vegan options! Better yet, Maddy & Trevor the owners/operators are as kind as they are hardworking. A rare combo. If you sleep on ‘em, well, that’s silly. You’re silly.
