Everything was delicious and we look forward to returning asap! We spent about $70 for 4 of us and all felt stuffed at the end. Could get less next time, but it was a special occasion and we wanted to try as much as possible:)

Some of the most high quality, authentic and creative Thai food I have had in the states. The menu changes every two weeks and the number of different dishes I have been able to have in the last year (most that I rarely find at other Thai restaurants) is incredible. They serve a wide variety of types of meat and veggies for keeping a small rotating menu. And I'm serious about the veggies. Locally grown stir fried bamboo! The freshest papaya and pomelo salads! Nam prik egglant dip!! Kabocha squash! They make their own curry paste and the quality of their curries is really impressive. They always have plant based and gluten free options on each menu, and even make their own vegan version of pork belly that is crazy close to the real thing.

Chefs Maddy and Trevor are kind, knowledgeable and truly want to do right by Thai food and culture, as well as by their customers. They get the freshest ingredients from local farms and Asian grocers. They try as often as they can to accommodate additional dietary restrictions. They do a great job bringing authentic Thai dishes to our WNC community in a way that expands horizons and elevates our Asheville food scene.

The first time we ate here was a month ago, we thought it would be autentic since they are in a food truck, they gave us a can of Thai tea instead of Authentic Tea LOLS. We decided to give it another try and eat some meat since someone told us the food is okay, the second time was yesterday, tried their Coconut noodles, It was a cold Noodles they should've labeled it as a cold noodles. It was really not palatable and just one bite we had to throw it away it was bad sorry. The staff are also not Thai people that's maybe why the food lacks of flavor. Oh also we tried the Kawon Pork, pork was tiny serving, rice is okay. The fried onion was the best part. Sauce is okay too. But the pickled Papaya oh Boy, they need to learn how to chopped and do it correctly😅 overall I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is looking for Asian/Thai Fusion. It's a waste of money.

Great food, great people. I love sending people here who are visiting. They change their menu every two weeks, so there is always a reason to visit.

Amazing and authentic in every way. These people are perfect, their food is perfect, and the vibes are pretty good too.

Nice enough people, I was not impressed with the food. There were no healthy options, everything was deep fried, even the sweet potatoes. They do offer meat alternatives, like mushrooms and tofu, but the mushroom just disintegrates in the deep fried batter. It was definitely not worth $18 for rice, at small side and overly fried tasteless mushrooms. It's a food truck with picnic tables, plastic ware and paper plates, which i have no problem with, just not the value or taste for the price. In my opinion. It does have cool outdoor vibe and shares space with a quality brewery that my husband enjoyed. He was also very disappointed with the food and generally has no issue with fried food.

Tied with Root down as the best food trucks I've been to by a large margin

The first bite makes you want to take a second. Makes you want to throw your hands up and shout - dance with a big, goofy smile on your face and not care what anyone else thinks. Makes you want to compliment someone for their coordinated shoes and hat. Makes you want to let that bug back outside your door instead of flushing it down the toilet. Makes you want to grow up to be like the man behind you in line who gave you 5 bucks at the Cash Only Coat Check before the MJ Lenderman show and then refused to accept your Venmo offer in return. Makes you want to slow down; lower your stress; face your responsibilities. Makes you want to come back.

Best asian food I have had in AVL ever! The soup was so flavorful and yummy. The buns were amazing as well. Love this place.

So, So, So good. The owners are really nice, but the food is spectacular.

It's definitely on my rotation of places I try to go to on a weekly basis.

The red curry last night was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time.

Can not say enough good things about this. I have eaten here several times and every single time it has been amazing. No duds ever. It is spicy, delicious, fresh, and perfect. AND they are very kind about adapting menu to fit food preferences. AND it is locally sourced. AND the presentation - they put a tiny amount of fish scales on top of a dish to make it glitter. Wish it was open everyday and I could order online, but always another excuse to drink delicious beer from Cellarest. Thank you for making my tastes buds happy and my soul satisfied.

I ordered the chicken katsu, and it was delicious and a perfect option. And I meant to order something different, so it was a mistake that worked ??
