Can not say enough good things about this. I have eaten here several times and every single time it has been amazing. No duds ever. It is spicy, delicious, fresh, and perfect. AND they are very kind about adapting menu to fit food preferences. AND it is locally sourced. AND the presentation - they put a tiny amount of fish scales on top of a dish to make it glitter. Wish it was open everyday and I could order online, but always another excuse to drink delicious beer from Cellarest....
Located on Cellarest Beer Project's property, Cassia offers some of the best Thai/Asian inspired food in west Asheville. We recently had them cater our wedding that was at Cellarest and they did a phenomenal job with everything! The food was probably one of the most talked about highlights among our guests. Maddy and Trevor are some great people delivering even greater food. Don't sleep on their small but mighty food truck!
