Catering by Corey provided the buffet for our wedding this month and it was amazing. Typically when you think buffet, you think you’re getting quantity over quality but my guests all said it tasted like each plate was specially prepared for them. They also made sure all of our guests with dietary needs were cared for and had a lovely meal! From start to finish Corey has been so wonderful to work with. We opted for a family style meal and Corey and her team exceeded our expectations. The cocktail hour spread was so perfect as well! We added on a lavender lemonade for guests that do not drink, and it was a perfect addition to the day. We added on Cheers By Corey, handled by Lindsey, the cocktails were incredible and we have been asked for the French 77 recipe many times! They also set up a water/lemonade station for our guests as the arrived and took great care with every detail. We are so thankful! They also took wonderful care of us, making sure we had everything we needed on this unforgettable *but busy* day. Lindsey was sooo helpful the day of and really made us feel special! The team created a custom seasonal menu for our spring wedding. They were very easy to work with and the tasting was very helpful. We decided on a grazing table during cocktail hour and a buffet dinner with fresh bread on each table. My favorite dishes were the baked brie, the radish & feta salad, and the pesto chicken. I hear that a lot of couples don’t really have time to eat at their wedding, but our coordinator brought us a plate and I'm so glad we got a chance to sit down and enjoy the food!

Our menu: For cocktail hour, we had a charcuterie, fruit, and cheese table, as well as the grilled peach and burrata bruschetta. For dinner, we had honey herb chicken, green beans, marinated cucumber tomato salad, pesto pasta bake, and yeast rolls. We also had a late night snack mix for the end of the night, which was a big hit. Our vegan/gluten free friends had a vegetable korma that they absolutely loved!

She has so many options and even offered more off-menu choices when we mentioned that some of our guests were plant-based. Corey was so patient with us when we changed the menu several times and helped us choose the right number of items for each app so we’d have the right amount of each item for our guests! The food was amazing and everyone kept telling us how good it was all night!! Corey's food was absolutely AMAZING!! As we had a destination wedding, we were unable to do a taste test so we relied on Corey to put together a great spread and she did! Corey got back to us immediately on all of our emails and was happy to make all the adjustments we requested. The wait staff was also very professional and so on top of everything. We even got a plate of appetizers delivered to us while we were taking our bride/groom pictures, which was much appreciated!

She came up with a dinner plan that was unique to what we wanted and exactly what I envisioned. Her team as a great as she is! My fear was not being able to enjoy our own food on wedding day but her team was extremely attentive. Walking out of our ceremony we were greeted with drinks and apps solely for me and my husband. They made sure to make us plates from the buffet dinner and be the first ones served. They constantly checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure we were ok. Not only was the service fantastic but so was the food! All the guests were raving about how delicious it all was. They are worth every penny!!!

We were very strict on budget and she was able to help us create a menu within our budget but still make it personalized to our likes and favorite foods.Our cocktail appetizers were so unique to my husband and I and a huge hit overall. And we got so many compliments on how good the food was! Corey and team were so fantastic, that they made sure to include some vegan and dietary restriction options for a few bridal party members.
