My daughter and I have eaten here just a handful of times, and every time we cannot stop talking about how insanely good this is.This is not tex-max, this is a local owned restaurant where they make their own nachos, cheese, plates, and I cannot express how good this place is. Best in Asheville with this kind of food and it's not close. Big plates, and AMAZING food! Lovely staff and ownership.
My wife and I stumbled upon Ay Caramba Mexican Bar & Grill during our road trip from Wisconsin to Florida in August, and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!Located in a nondescript strip mall, Ay Caramba may not catch your eye from the outside, but don't let that fool you. When I tell you this place is so good and so affordable. Every time I’m in Asheville I come bc I’ve never had so many delicious veggie options at a Mexican restaurant and the veggie nachos are STACKED MY DUDE. Can’t wait for our next visit.Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options!
