The togo bowl was really small today so i changed my review from 5 to 3 stars. Need to figure out portion control or continue to give the same size bowl everytime not half size portions sometimes. This is not the first time this has happened recently.

I ordered a steak salad with chips and guacamole. My 12-year-old ordered a burrito. We were both very pleased with our food. Food was delicious although pricey for an informal restaurant like this. Atmosphere was informal and pleasant. Restaurant was clean. There was plenty of space to allow for a large group.

I got food from here on November 14th at rush hour for dinner. Despite staff being low, and the line being insanely long, the staff was still incredibly kind and gave quality food. The guy with brown hair on the food line deserves extra props for how he handled customers!!!

This spot is on my way home, and when it’s lazy weeknight o’clock, I’ve got a hungry family of 4 and ZERO energy to “mom” dinner. Chipotle to the rescue. 🍽🙌
Call it what you want, but I call it white girl taco night 🌯💅, this location hits the spot every time. Burrito bowls for the adults, kids’ taco kits for the kiddos, and the kids actually eat it! No complaints, no tears, just quiet chewing and happy faces. And in bed by 8 pm!
So yeah, Chipotle might not be fancy, but when it’s a weekday, I’m tired, and nobody wants to cook… Chipotle for the win! Thank you!!

I visited the Chipotle on Patton Avenue today and ordered a build-your-own meal to go. I don’t usually go to this location since I live about 25 minutes away, but I happened to be nearby.
When I got home and sat down to eat, I realized the rice was undercooked. It wasn’t just slightly off , it was noticeably hard and unpleasant, which ruined the entire meal. At that point, driving all the way back to the restaurant wasn’t even an option, which made the situation even more frustrating.
I usually have great experiences at the other Asheville location, so this came as a big disappointment. To make matters worse, I tried reaching out through Chipotle’s online support and the chat was completely unhelpful.
Food should be properly cooked and consistent across locations, and customers shouldn’t be left without support when something goes wrong. This experience was both inconvenient and disappointing.

We typically love eating at Chipotle. This time though, our experience wasn't the greatest. It appears that maybe the restaurant changed their provider of meat? I ordered the chicken burrito and it didn't taste the same. There were multiple bites that I had to spit out because the texture was too gritty. I also came across a bone in one bite. Please Chipotle, if you changed your provider for meat, go back to what you were using before. It tasted so much better. My husband also wanted the grazed beef, but they were out of it when we ordered. By the time we paid, they put more meat out. My husband was disappointed because he would have waited for the grazed beef if someone would have told him it would have only been 5 minutes or less. The service was overall good and everyone was friendly. One last thing, the workers need to pay more attention to the sitting area. There were hardly any clean tables for us to choose from. We really hope this isn't becoming their usual because like I said, we typically love it here. It just was not good this time.

I lived walking distance to the original Chipotle for half of my life and ate at one of the stores at least twice a week. But this place. I don’t t even know where to start. If you order in the app, just show up a half hour after your pickup time and I can guarantee that your food might be ready. Not what you ordered but it will be ready. It’s just a complete clown show in there. 10-12 people back there jerking around and cracking jokes. That’s cool, we mess around at work too but there isn’t a clean table in the place and the floor looks disgusting. Why are there French fries on the floor. Zero people inLine to order and 3 people in there eating and the place looks like this. The trashcan is so full it’s 6 inches over the top. Unreal.
