The bowl and its ingredients were fresh, and the staff were friendly. The chicken al pastor is delicious, I hope it stays on the menu for good. Unfortunately the bowl was missing the fajita veggies that I love, which is something often forgotten at more than just this location.

I placed an order for 2 burrito bowls and drove 30 minutes to pick them up. Never having an issue before I didn’t think to check anything but when I drove the 30 minutes back to my house I opened my bowl to find this. This order was almost $40 with sides and for it to come HALF EMPTY and I wasn’t given my roasted corn salsa or fajita veggies I am completely upset and disappointed in this location and feel that I was cheated out of my money.

Wow… the whole place was filthy! Bathrooms.., every table and the counter where they made the food. All the trash cans were full! I left my trash on the table. Plenty of staff and not a ton of customers. No excuse for it. The food was OK but expensive for a little food.

The person making our food has piercings in her face and her nose.She gave my wife a dirty look the restaurant was filthy no clean tables anywhere 3 employees were standing around talking .Pretty sad .

Food was fine but expensive for what you get. Of greater concern was the fact that a woman had her infant on a dining table and was changing its dirty diaper. She did this in full view of the entire staff and all of the patrons. Nobody said anything to her. Pretty disgusting. I imagine the employees don't feel like they get paid enough to have to risk a scene with a customer so they just pretend they don't see it.

I love their veggie burrito! This evening they were out of their hot and medium salsa. I.asked to replace it with queso instead but was charged for it. The burrito was okay but certainly a let down on what I expected. The service was poor - no salsa, then don't charge for queso. The tables, the floor and counter space for utensils were dirty.

ordered online through the Chipotle website. they forgot my chips and my sides of sour cream and pico. Usually if I have an online order issue I "chat with Pepper" and resolve it. I've tried this step on my phone and on a PC and the link to Pepper does nothing except bounce back to the list of topics. get it together, Chipotle! The only way I can leave feedback is to give a review to the location itself. Zero stars if I could. Your website is garbage as much as this food is without toppings or chips.EDIT TO REPLYChipotle, check your site. It does not work.
