This is a typical chipotle restaurant however I did want to leave a review because I am someone that hates cilantro. I must have that unique Jean that just makes makes it repulsive to eat. The staff that waited on me were happy to let me have plain white rice, which is honestly hard to find at other chipotle’s. You would think it would be a normal request, but a lot of other stores won’t accommodate this. I will say the food was just OK as the rice was way overdone but it...

Three consecutive visits and they’ve been out of steak so either I have the worst timing or that’s just not something they prioritize keeping in stock. Also just a suggestion; if your location is out of ice (which I totally understand because it’s an aftermath of the storm…although it is a bit odd other restaurants in that exact same shopping center seem to have ice) at least let the customer know that before you charge them for a fountain drink.

Great people with friendly service.. But Chipotle is just not anywhere close to being worth the money anymore. On top of that, this location doesn't have lettuce, veggies, etc., which is understandable because of hurricane, but then still charging full price?? Come on Chipotle, I'm rooting for you, but please read the room.
