I tried chipotle's when it first opened in Asheville about 10 years ago. I thought the food was okay, but had not been back. Today, I decided to try chipotle again and was disappointed. It was 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and there were five workers behind the counter. All of the inside tables needed to be cleaned and even the ones that didn't have debris on them, have been wiped down with a dirty cloth so there was a film left on each table. Likewise the floor needed attention.I stopped there for the food and had the chicken pastor burrito. The wrap was so tough, the plastic knife they provided would not cut through it. Once inside of however, the ingredients in the burrito were pretty good.Perhaps I'll wait another 10 years before trying again...

This location on Patton Ave. was really nice, I liked the outdoor patio area. My salad was made in no time the ingredients were all fresh and tasty, though I felt the carnitas meat was a little on the light side of a serving size. Would def stop in here again.

Best burrito bowl I've had in a long while. Everthing was very fresh. I loved the watermelon lemonade. I think I had the braised pork which was so much better than the barbacoa I've had in the past.

I went in to get something small and ended up paying 3x what I was told. I ordered the kids quesadilla, and was asked if I wanted the meal. After being told the meal was $5.65, I was told what sides and how many were included. I chose my sides, then at the register the total became $14.02. This was my first time at Chipotle, and it will be my last. I suppose I should have known that was a small amount , but I also assumed the girls working the counter knew pricing. Is up selling part of your business practice? The food was ok, but definitely not what I ended up paying.

Food wasn't the greatest, I've had better food from the Patton Ave location, and the atmosphere and the whole mood inside was honestly rather depressing. If the taste of the food and the prices were better I would think about giving this location a better review.
Clean interior. Shared outdoor parking lot but there is always spaces available. Staff are friendly and efficient.Vegetarian options: Sofrita or vegetable burrito/burrito bowl

This was my 1st time eating at Chipotle. I always thought everything would be spicy, but much to my surprise it wasn't. I ordered a bowl with con carne and I got some medium salsa on the side and it was delicious. The man that prepared my bowl was patient with me and helped me decide what to put on it. We ate at the Chipotle on Brevard Rd. the atmosphere made us want to do the salsa dance. It was so clean and inviting, excellent music choices. It was a little pricey though, but well worth it for the quality and the quantity! I ate it both for lunch and dinner. It was still excellent warmed up. The drive-thru was quick and our steak and chicken bowls were very tasty. The serving size was enough for us to eat half for dinner and lunch the next day.
