The actual bowls that we got were good! The chips were stale and were absolutely nasty. Tasted like they had been sitting all day long. The dining area and food prep area were absolutely disgusting. This is supposed to be Chipotle where everything is quality.

You guys should make some items not being spicy at all. Some people would like to eat with their family who like spicy food but cant because you dont have non spicy items . Thats pretty silly. Also, why would you have so many stores in asheville but none out near waynesville, Silva, or any other areas in that direction? I think a smart thing to do is build a store out there and get those customers. My daughter likes your food but im not driving 45 min everytime she wants to eat...read full review
They do not open at 10:45. Was turned away because they just finished setting up. There are plenty of options in town so I will just eat elsewhere.
