City Bakery was a short walk from where we were staying, so it became our breakfast spot by default. Fortunately, it proved to be a good one. Bread may be their calling card, but they do have more substantial fare (biscuits, bagels, sandwiches, etc.) as well. We went with a pair of coffee drinks and a chocolate croissant as well as a loaf of Jewish rye to take home. Though they keep busy here, staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Fresh, local and fast. Delicious house-made breads and baked goods with local flare. We loved the scratch made cheddar scallion biscuits and farmhouse breakfast sandwich. Great seating indoors and some outdoor patio seating as well.

Parking: Parking lot adjacent to business.

Kid-friendliness: They have coloring sheets and crayons for kids!

Omg. I never leave google reviews but this place is too good. Came a year ago the morning after the Billy strings concert and got the most SCRUMPTIOUS matcha known to man along with a lovely bagel with cream cheese. Had to come back this year after another Billy concert and was not disappointed by another scrumptious matcha and a biscuit with egg and cheddar. Had to get a chocolate croissant to go as well.
