My wife and I just shared an epic meal at Bone and Broth. Brandon was our server and was fantastic. Excellent timing and great table presence. We ordered the mussels, the ravioli, the scallops and the cheesecake for desert. Whoever is on their sauce station deserves a raise. Every sauce we had, especially the mussels and ravioli, was savory and unctuous while at the same time subtle and distinguished. I started with the grilled Caesar. Ok so I’m devouring every morsel and moaning I look up the lady next to me and the hostess are both watching me. lol I will take what she’s having they were probably thinking. Next I had the hot honey duck which was perfectly prepared and melted in my mouth. I finished with the mango and coconut Panna cotta. It was a beauty to behold but not huge on flavor. My husband and I came for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Our server Brendan was wonderful. He was attentive and so kind. We ordered the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. The collard dip was incredible. We sat at the window and got to see black bears play in a tree! Dinner and show lol highly recommend this restaurant for food, service, and atmosphere.
