Sadly, We were unable to get served. The guy at the front was great, announcing their specials, a $5 boiler maker. Okay, cool. Go in, sit down at the bar. Make eye contact a few times with the 2 bartenders, but they don’t care. Give it 10-15 min. No one comes over. We used to come over the last 5 years under the old ownership. They also had poor service, but not this bad. I wonder if they still have a great chicken quesadilla. Can’t say we’ll be back. Sad days when nostalgia dies

I was visiting from Alabama. Out and about trying new things. I wish I'd ordered something more traditional from this restaurant. My coworkers raved about their dishes. I played it safe with chicken wings. Mistake. The wings were SALTY. I'd not enough libations to make it better 🤣😂
The next time I go, I'm trying something different. I'm definitely going back.

Cool pub that is pretty authentic in the way it feels inside. Cool bartender tapped me a perfect pint of Green Man lager! Will be back again sometime, i am sure.

Closes later than most locations in Asheville. So if you lose track of time and find anywhere to eat stop here!!! Friendly and delicious!

Was pleasantly surprised by the food. Went at 6:30 on a Saturday night and there was only one other party seated and no one at the bar. That is usually a red flag but we decided to give it a try. The server was very friendly and the food was really good. I had corned beef and cabbage and it was seasoned perfectly. My friends had bangers and mash and said it was great and my husband had shepherd’s pie and said it was delicious. I would go back again as it was good food and reasonably priced.

We both had the fish and chips. Absolutely perfect. Cooked in clean oil, served piping hot. A beer for him, a German Reisling for me. We will definitely be back.

The bartender deserves 5 stars for having to deal with the bar manager on duty during visit and a big fat raise!

If I could give a negative review, I absolutely would.
I tried ordering over through door dash over an hour ago, several people came by, all skipped and when someone finally came in, they told my Dasher that it was already picked up, that's a load of crap, it was never updated and they were telling me to go ahead and cancel the order because nothing was happening, I'm currently going to talk to the people through the app to get a full refund, this has happened twice on the two times I've tried to order anything from this establishment, and it's ridiculous, I'm never trying to order anything from this place again.
