“Today my son and I had a fantastic experience at Guajiro at High Wire Brewing in Biltmore Village. It was only our 2nd time eating with them and where so saddened with the destruction of their truck with Helene. We where happy to check out their new location. Due to medical issues we are only to get out to eat once or twice a month so this was a big deal for us. We ordered to go. I had the roasted pulled pork with black beans and rice and everything was full of flavor and tender. I asked for their delectable cilantro sauce to drizzle over my meal and it set it off amazingly! Huge portion I couldn't even eat half. My son had the cubano and really loved it. Tasty, toasty, gooey, encanta! Everything was hot, fast, well priced, adequate parking, well packaged. We can't wait to go back and hope people check out this local gem!“
