Our server Dax was amazing, always checked on us, and made sure we received such a good dining experience
Decent selection of quality food at reasonable prices. Service is good enough for a pleasant experience. Don't expect to be wowed, but expect to enjoy the meal. The place is nice and comfortable to sit together and talk without being overwhelmed with noise or music. I don't believe it will fail you or overly impress you.
One of my favorite places in Asheville!! Consistently good

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen offers a pleasant dining experience with attentive servers and a family-friendly atmosphere. The menu features a nice selection for kids and a variety of comfort food options. Guests are treated to complimentary warm glazed croissants upon seating, which many customers find delicious. The restaurant serves hot, fresh, and flavorful food, including perfectly prepared bourbon salmon and the Spagnana, which is a unique take on spaghetti and lasagna. The service is generally excellent, though some customers have noted occasional lapses in attention. The prices are reasonable, and the wheelchair-accessible layout makes it easy to maneuver. Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is a great spot to enjoy a meal with loved ones, offering a wide range of vegetarian options and accommodations for dietary restrictions. While parking may be limited during busy times, the food and community vibe are worth the visit, especially after their recent reopening.
