After walking around the grounds a bit, this was a nice treat on a rather toasty day. The severs were honest in the portions and the flavors were tried were excellent. There's plent of outdoor seating and it's perfect for people watching or if you just wanted to rest your legs. I would definitely come here again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The vanilla and seasonal flavors are only Biltmore. The banana pudding by Hershey’s with the waffle bowl was very good. The waffle bowl was fresh!

Quite simply the worst coffee we have ever had. Tasted like more like water than coffee. I had an iced coffee and my husband had their roast coffee. We expected something special but it was the most underwhelming experience, worse than a coffee from a vending machine.

The service and atmosphere was great. Ice cream is just Hersey ice cream, I guess I was expecting something more homemade being it is on the Biltmore estate. I had banana pudding which was good and my wife had cappuccino crunch which was okay.

I stopped by Creamy Ice Cream while exploring Biltmore Village and really enjoyed it! I ordered one scoop of cappuccino and one scoop of mint chocolate—both were delicious. The flavors were rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. A great little treat spot—definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Great little ice cream shop

Extremely overpriced and very poor quality. Sandwiches are premade, hot chocolate is just powder mixed with water, ice creams are just OK. I've been here twice and both times we ended up throwing food away because it was inedible.

Excellent ice cream! Really loved the vanilla and the strawberry. The raspberry sorbet was also really good.

Parking: It's a hike from the parking lot to the village area.

The Creamery, conveniently located in the same area as the Winery, is a must-visit spot for ice cream lovers. The staff are friendly and accommodating, happily letting you sample a few flavors before making your choice. The ice cream itself is delicious, making it the perfect treat after exploring the estate. Whether you're a fan of classic or unique flavors, you'll find something to satisfy your sweet tooth here.

I'm an ice cream cconnoisseur, and I can say this is some of the best ice cream I have ever had, and the price is very reasonable.

Decent ice cream. The staff were very courteous and willing to help. The building was clean and well maintained. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Seating inside the restaurant is relatively limited, but there’s ample room outdoors.

I had a white chocolate cappuccino, the turkey and havarti sandwich, and a cherry tart. Everything was excellent and delicious.
