What a wonderful surprise! My dad, my oldest daughter, and I visited the Biltmore Winery for a wine tasting, and I honestly had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the experience.

The winery is part of the legendary Biltmore Estate, so the experience begins long before the tasting, with elegant interiors and well-organized service. Visitors can also explore the large wine shop, which offers a wide range of wines, trinkets, local pottery, and glasses. The winery often offers special tastings, such as a white and a red wine, and sometimes provides additional samples. A unique feature is the tunnel with twinkling lights that leads to the winery, adding to the atmosphere. Visitors often return to enjoy picnics, garden walks, and special exhibits like the Chihuly display. The staff remains friendly and gracious even at the end of a busy day, and the experience is highly recommended for anyone visiting the estate.
