“Lots of wonderful choices for ciders and wines. The ciders and wines are pet nat which means single fermentation, natural bubbles, and no added sugars or other ingredients. The bartender Jim was knowledgeable. We tried the Deep Thoughts Flight and the Anything Goes Flight. This was a fun, relaxing experience. The atmosphere is modern, French inspired, and classy. Highly recommend.“
“What a wonderful surprise! My dad, my oldest daughter, and I visited the Biltmore Winery for a wine tasting, and I honestly had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the experience.
We sampled several delicious wines, and our wine host, Rick, made the experience unforgettable. He was funny, knowledgeable, and you could genuinely tell he loves what he does. He took the time to explain the different wines, answer our questions, and make recommendations that fit each of our tastes. His enthusiasm was contagious and truly made our visit special.

“I’ve been to Noble a bunch of times I used to bring my Food Truck here stopped on my way to an event to grab some popcorn and a cider and met Rob. One of the Better bartenders I’ve met in my life. He was informative even for a Local. He told me stuff I didn’t know he was kind and he poured the cider perfectly. I heard him take a phone call with a ridiculous question and he was nice to the person on the phone call. He seemed like an empathetic person really everything a Bartender should be what a good experience. Keep Rob“
