Everything at the Bistro was fabulous - the food, the service and the surroundings. The only thing that caught us unaware was that we almost couldn't even get on the Biltmore property to get there.
Everything was delicious. The artisan breads with honey butter were excellent. The savory beignets were so creative and unique, the best appetizer I've had in a long time! My ribeye was perfect, and my mom loved her halibut. Wish we were able to try dessert, but we were beyond stuffed.

Wow. The Filet was delicious, so much flavor. From the starter to the main course, we were both impressed. Plates were literally cleaned so we didn’t have room for dessert. Next time!! The staff was very kind and friendly. That something you remember.
