Food was excellent, service also excellent. Clean and neat. More expensive than anticipated. I would eat there again and probably will.
Petit filet was very good, however the mashed potatoes left much to be desired-the taste and texture was like instant.

Located within the estate, Bistro offers a refined dining experience with very nice outdoor seating, perfect for a wonderful day. The food is well-prepared and stands out from other restaurants on the estate. The staff are super friendly and really know what they are doing, providing engaging and professional service. Guests have praised the remarkable service from staff members like Leigh and Ron, who ensure a memorable dining experience. The selection of food is good and everything is delicious and super fresh tasting. It is hard to choose from the menu, which features a range of dishes, including the pork tenderloin, French onion soup, carpaccio, Springer Mountain chicken, beef filets from property-raised cattle, and the highly praised Filet Mignon and scallops. Guests would definitely recommend the French onion soup, the burrata salad, and the bouillabaisse. The scallops, paired with a surprisingly delicious succotash side dish, have also received high praise. Overall, Bistro provides a unique and enjoyable dining experience with a casual and comfortable ambiance, although some guests have noted that the sound level can be a bit loud for conversation.
