OUR LOCAL SPOT. the whole crew is the best. can’t wait til trivia
Amazing! My favorite place I visited today!
Delicious beer, and it's dog friendly inside, so bring your (leashed & well-behaved) dog right on in.
The owners are fantastic people! Lots of passion goes into operating this business. Great (vegan) snack selections and rotating food trucks. Go to their Monday trivia, also a blast!
Fantastic brewery highly recommended by most other local breweries. Wonderfully crafted beer, comfortable environment, friendly helpful service. Left with some swag.
Beer is good, people are friendly, ambiance is cozy. Among the many breweries in Asheville, this one has consistently great beer. Recommend the USDA IPA. One bathroom was out of order, ah well. Life goes on. I’ll never forget that when we were in the throes of hurricane helene aftermath, this place was serving up vegan dogs and pouring pints. Really brought spirits up.
Great people and service!
I had a few beers (session German pils, smoked lager, sour and hop lager) and they got it right! Can't wait to try more, good quality straight forward beer!
2025 gold cup winner for chocolate beer? Yes please! Read about their incredible award wining chocolate beer, told my family that's what I wanted for Mother's Day.
Arrived to find clean, comfortable brewery. But no chocolate beer. Only made small batch, which was gone.
I know literally nothing about making beer, but I understand disappointment.
Called today, May 24th, to ask about availability, was told to check website which is updated daily. Cool cool cool. But I can't be the only one wondering WHEN it will be available.
Friday night pizza truck, good beer, nice bar bartenders

Really great beers, made by folks that care. Just recently won an award, well deserved. Give them a try! I’ll be back.
Delicious beers! This place is can’t miss when in W. AVL!
Life is too short to drink bad beer.
Diatribe has consistently good beer, classic styles, well executed.
Variety of plentiful indoor seating.
A few picnic tables and bistro tables outside when the weather is nice.
Onsite parking is a big plus, but there are only 5-6 parking spaces? (Don't quote me).
Be careful where you park if it is not in their lot. Surrounding businesses will tow.
This is probably one of my favorite breweries in Asheville. Dave is an excellent brewer and they always have a great selection of different beers. I highly recommend this brewery to anyone who is a true craft beer lover.
Ok here's a diatribe for you: These people will short pour your beer and insist "that's just how it's done." You could buy a beer from the menu that's specified as a 19 oz pour (.56L) and when you get the glass it's only full to the .4L mark. That's only 13.5 oz! Where's the other 6oz of beer I just paid for?!? When I calmly pointed this out, the owner insisted it was a "19 oz glass" and that "the foam counts" but by that logic they could pour a 12oz beer in a 5 gal bucket and call it 5 gallons of beer. We're local, we wanted to try this place out and were underwhelmed. Not gonna be going back.
tldr: There are a ton of better options if you are looking for a good pour in this town. Short pours and they're not really offering anything new or interesting to the scene.
(Edit: the owners response below is completely ridiculous. What BS! If you buy a can of beer from the store that says 12oz, you're getting 12 fluid ounces. Not 9 oz. and foam..?Just take the pour volume stats off the menu and new customers won't feel shorted rather than try to double down on bunk logic.)
