We stopped in here to have a glass of wine before dinner because it was right next to our hotel. We ended up staying much longer because we were having such a great time! The atmosphere is top notch and so is the entire establishment. They have a fantastic selection of wines, great decor, and a great patio. We also got the opportunity to speak to the owners, and they were genuinely kind and great people! Bottle Riot is also dog friendly which is always a plus. Any time we’re back in Asheville we will make a point to stop here again to support a great local business!

So much to love!This truly is the best wine list in town.When I come, I often bump into other locals. The servers are friendly and really understand their wine. If I’m conflicted over a wine, I’m offered a few samples before committing to a glass. The interior lighting is just right. I’ve been to special events here that are festive and wonderful and well organized by the team at bottle riot. I am on the board of a couple of local nonprofits, and when we feel celebratory after winning a grant, we come here and either enjoy a bottle on the patio or split a bottle and sit inside the cozy bar area.Again, so much to love!

The service and ambience are awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to their wine list. I highly recommend the smoked trout dish! Make sure to walk throughout the space and see all of the cool artwork.

Such a shame that a fantastic location and potentially interesting interior is ruined by lackadaisical bartenders. Zero personality, zero interest in service. Currently there are 8 other people here and two bartenders. Mediocre at best.

This was our first time here and we had seen them come up on web searches and such and my husband loves wine so since it was his birthday we decided to go there. What a nice decision. Everyone was super Pleasant and knowledgeable and we had a great time. We didn't order any food but we had a couple glasses of wine and it was in the afternoon during a slow period because I imagine during the evenings they probably get very busy. Loved it and will be back.
