The staff here are wonderful and the food is always done right. However, they have a racist bald-headed white man as their manager. He literally told the staff member that was fixing my drink, to stop what he was doing to help another customer at the register. The only thing the guy had to do was put the lid on my drink, the drink was already made. And I had to wait an additional 5 minutes just for them to put a lid on my drink.

February 2025

I showed up, unannounced, and ordered eight dozen donuts for a local corporate event around 9am on a Saturday morning. This Dunkin location immediately accepted my order with a smile. This was after being told I could not be accommodated by another Dunkin Donuts closer to the company location. The staff communicated with me, were swift and, most impressively, did not falter in serving other customers. Well done, Merrimon Dunkin'. The company I'm with frequently purchases...

December 2024

The employees at this location are alway so so friendly and kind!! My biggest gripe comes from the fact that they are clearly instructed to prioritize all online orders over anyone standing in line. You can wait up to 10 minutes simply watching them fulfill online orders while you just stand there. No fault to the employees at all, I can tell they are trying hard to keep everyone happy. Guess it’s time to make the switch to the app and online ordering :(
