Today is November 28, 2025, and I decided I wanted to go to Dunkin to grab two orders of plain mini bagels and my frozen caramel coffee. The lady who put in my order put in the order wrong so my food ended up getting messed up. The lady who was on the oven with black hair and was wearing glasses was too busy talking and running her mouth to her boyfriend while she had a load of orders on her screen. I didn’t think it would take over five minutes just to make four mini bagels....

This place could be great, if the employees actually listened to the way I want my order. Its literally NEVER the way I want it. No matter what store I visit. Dunkin you're lucky its perfect sometimes lol cuz the employees mostly suck!

The staff here are wonderful and the food is always done right. However, they have a racist bald-headed white man as their manager. He literally told the staff member that was fixing my drink, to stop what he was doing to help another customer at the register. The only thing the guy had to do was put the lid on my drink, the drink was already made. And I had to wait an additional 5 minutes just for them to put a lid on my drink.
