We just tried to go to this Dunkin' for a Friday evening donut treat. The sign on the door lists that the lobby closes at 8pm, and we stood on the sidewalk trying the locked doors and knocking on the windows at 7:15pm. There were at least 3 employees inside who all were in cahoots to pretend that they didn't see us. The minimum amount of decency and customer service to at least come to the door and say "we had to close our lobby early, sorry," would have gone a long way.

They locked the doors before 7:00 pm. My party of four knocked on the glass, pointing at the sign that says they close at 8 pm. The three kids working here tried to pretend we weren't there and couldn't hear us, but all three accidentally looked our way when I rapped loud enough on the door. We waited 5 minutes knocking, never got an excuse or anything more than accidental acknowledgement. is Dunkin treating their employees like garbage, or are they hiring lazy kids?

It was open but you couldn't go in. So I go through the drive-thru and then they don't know what is and what isn't vegan. Apparently they stopped selling Beyond. They didn't offer the avocado toast as an option that said it was after I asked, after saying they didn't have any vegans. Then I said I have a mug I want to put my coffee in. When I get up for the window to pay they wouldn't put the coffee in my mug. So I just left I went to Starbucks which was a little further but at least I could go inside and know what I'm getting and deal with people who know what they're offering.

Serving water for iced coffees there is a boil advisory and still serving now yall are shut down all of a sudden my family is sick had something going on with a viral infection makes sence now I will be in contact with the higher ups!!!!

my best friend and i haven’t been able to have duncan since before the hurricane. the location next to our house is closed because no water so we decided to drive 30 minutes to this one. we were so incredible surprised the woman working was so kind and sweet and got our order right away. they were so fast and these are the best refreshers we’ve ever had genuinely. we will for sure be driving back because it is so good!
