I went to the drive-thru so did not have food and did not go inside. Coffee I had was delicious the way it always is and I will be back if I need to.

The coffee is always excellent. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with the sweetness. Whenever we request half the sweetness in our drinks, it’s not reflected on the ticket, and the coffee ends up being quite sweet.

Please when ppl order loaded hash brown please make sure it has more than 1 piece of bacon pieces and more cheese.. suppose to be loaded literally looks like I ordered hash brown nothing on it
On 6/28/25 at around 8:15 am, I went thru drive thru ,ordered 2 glazed donuts, paid and left. Once at my job realized they had given me star shaped blue icing donut with filling inside. I called and they took my name and offered to give me my glazed donuts the next morning ( which was Today). I went thru this am and YES, I got the glazed donuts, which were stailed they taste horrible!!!!. I have a feeling they pulled them out from the day before and kept them at drive thru in a box until I came to pick them up today! This is so wrong and not very ethical. After all it was their fault I didn't get the correct order in the first place. This is the second incident at this store. I have them a chance this last time and now I've regret it.

This is honestly the worst dunkin in town. Its dirty , the employees at large are extremely rude, will trash talk you in Spanish if they think you won't understand ( I've had it happen to me personally numerous times ) , I've never walked into somewhere as a customer and felt like I was walking into a high-school lunch room. Its awful. This is not a business , its social hangout for a bunch of children and if you disturb that they throw tantrums. I've never had more issues with my orders at any other dunkin than here. My food is always burnt or literally served to me still frozen once. They regular mess up my drinks once even messed up my change. They are not professional, they cant do their jobs and honestly I drive the extra 10-15 minutes not to deal with rude people who work at this disgusting place. 🤷🏻♀️ If I could give a lower review or no stars I would.
