Service was great, but horrible food. I got the caldo de marisco. First, the shrimp was whole woth head on. So to try and eat them you had to dig them out of the hot soup and peel them. After the effort, they tasted terrible because they were frozen to start with. Aside from the shrimp, soup it self was gritty. I think it was sand or something from the muscles. Even the tortillas were stale. All this for a low price of $25. Jeezus.

Food is fine but these people tow your car if you park in the PARKING LOT DIRECTLY NEXT TO THEM. We were eating there and they towed my car because they’re too worried about Leo’s’s customers parking there. GET OVER IT.

I ordered on Uber so I can’t say anything about service or atmosphere. I am from Asheville of 30 years. Seen this place but never went in, chose it because nothing else was available on the app. I was really impressed. The salsa had a nice garlicky taste, chips were good, and I really loved the taco salad. It tasted very fresh and the chicken was shredded and tasty. I had been disappointed by other taco salads I’ve had previously — ole guacamole and papas and beer, for example— no good. I recommend this place and will take a trip there sometime.
