Delightful, clean, bright, inside outside seating. Happy baristas. Happy customers. Even the cars going by seem mellow. Lovely Asheville. (from a 40+ year Blmtn resident.)

Stopped in for a quick double shot as I was in Asheville on business, and wow they use a great bean. Not sure what bean it was on Aug 12th, but I keep thinking about it! (Fingers crossed they see this review and let me know so I can order some :) )

Absolutely fantastic coffee, Logan made me one of the best lattes I've ever had. He was an artist in the way he pulled the drink and the presentation was perfect! Thanks for a great coffee experience!

Fantastic coffee shop. I stopped by for a Flat White and was surprised by the calm relaxing atmosphere, and the precision and attention to detail that went into making my drink. I also love that they utilize locally crafted stoneware for their mugs and cups.

Disappointed and Confused
I recently stopped by Farewell hoping to grab a quick cup of coffee before my spouse’s surgery across the street. From the outside, everything suggested the shop was open—lights on, windows wide open, front door propped open, and someone actively making coffee inside. Naturally, I walked in.
Unfortunately, I was met by a young man who curtly told me, “We are closed,” with no additional information—no apology, no hours posted, no indication of when they’d reopen. The tone was unnecessarily unfriendly, which only added to the disappointment.
I completely understand if the shop was closed, but the way it was presented to passersby was misleading, and the interaction left a sour taste. A simple sign on the door or a polite explanation would have gone a long way. I wasn’t trying to intrude—just hoping for a moment of comfort on a stressful morning.

Got an overpriced chai latte. Which was actually just a cup of milk with some cinnamon on top. I don't know if they were out of actual chai, but for what I paid for it the least they could do is put SOME tea in it. And don't even get me started on the THIRTEEN dollar mediocre tiny serving of quiche.
Super cute spot with very friendly service. Unfortunately the iced matcha I got was pretty terrible, it’s just tasted like straight milk.
The best coffee in Asheville! Love the environment and everything it has to offer. Can’t wait to go back!!
Love Adrian, bestest barista ✨️✨️✨️
