My friend and I both had hook & ladder subs today- plenty of meat and melty cheese on fresh bread, delicious. We were greeted with "Welcome to Firehouse!" when we came in. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. The best subs in town!

Husband came in at 8:30 and as soon as he walked a female employee very rudely said “we are pretty much closed I know your not about to order” mind me my husband was driving home from church and I pregnant was tired at home with 2 kids after a very long stressful weekend and all we wanted was a sub. I get if it was 8:50 but 8:30 like come on and you don’t have to be so rude about it. No my husband didn’t order, her just left. Never coming back there again also recommending other to stay away if you don’t want to be disrespected for absolutely no reason

Wondering food. Wonderful staff. Possibly need more staff at closing. I ordered 5 subs. And did not realize there was any mistakes until I got home. When I called no answer. When I went back to the store it took awhile for the manager to come talk to me ending up making my hot subs cold. She said they would replace the mistakes the next day as they were closing at the time. No personal information was exchanged but she said she would make sure they are replaced. I asked if it could be credited to the app account to make sure they could be replaced and she said she did not have that capability. So fingers crossed she keeps her word. I really do love this store/restaurant so I hope she keeps her word. My dinner was ruined tonight (with bbq sauce ? I absolutely hate sweet sauce on meat) but maybe tomorrow's will be better? Update later.Update: They did make my free subs the next day as promised. With no issues.

Picked up a Doordash order and the bag wasn’t sealed and I was told that I had to get the customer’s drink. Staff was rude about me using their stickers to seal bag.
