Wondering food. Wonderful staff. Possibly need more staff at closing. I ordered 5 subs. And did not realize there was any mistakes until I got home. When I called no answer. When I went back to the store it took awhile for the manager to come talk to me ending up making my hot subs cold. We love Firehouse Subs because of the food, the people they support, and the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. The workers were very nice and made me feel welcome. We ordered and ate inside. I got a medium Italian sub with a loaded potato soup. The sub was as delicious as expected. This was my first time having the loaded potato soup, and it was a little thin and watery.
