We go today July 14 and order a sub. The guy messed both up twice. We had to wait 20 min to get them also. They still was wrong, so we just left. Very disappointed because every other time has been great

I had placed an online order for food. Realized there was no option to add oil and vinegar. Called the number supplied by google. Went to ā€œTo-Go, or cateringā€ No other options. Bounced around different extensions to no avail, called back to go person and told them my scenario. They gave me two numbers. Both of which didn’t work. Tried calling a couple more numbers I found online. Last thing I found was a voicemail that said ā€œwe’re busy, don’t leave a messageā€ what a joke.

As we walked in, the sandwich maker was announcing that it will be 20 minutes to get a sub (instead of making subs). It didn’t take that long, so I’m glad I didn’t leave. The sandwich was really good - solid experience and I would come back.

I called in and ordered a sandwich platter for a friend who had a death in their family and Alexis the manager was so nice to work with. She was knowledgeable of what could be my choices of sandwiches on the platter. The food was fresh and the tray was arranged so great. I will order from them again.
