The initial tasting was very thorough and gave us an excellent idea of the menu offerings. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, we had many different menu adjustments from vegetarian, to gluten free, to halal, and they were always able to accommodate our needs. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food. It was always served with the highest level of care, perfect temperature, and friendly smiles. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for this big day!

Georgeanna was a pleasure to correspond with — detailed, organized, and always prompt in her replies, which made the planning process so smooth. Tony hosted our tasting (and attended our wedding!), and his presence and hospitality made both experiences extra special.
The meal was fabulous — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We loved knowing it was locally sourced, and the team handled several food allergies seamlessly. Every guest felt cared for and raved about the meal. Their generous to-go boxes kept us nourished well after the event, too.

The tasting was incredible and showcased their connection to local farmers and artisans. At the wedding, the paellas cooked on-site in enormous paella pans was a spectacle to see. Highly recommend for all events in the Asheville area and beyond.

The initial phone call to discuss options, finalizing a proposal, and the event were all seamless and easy. Georgianna was so friendly. I felt like I had a friend helping plan the party. And most importantly they executed perfectly - the service and food were incredible. One of their staff sang a birthday serenade! One of the owners, Tony, was there and made sure everything was OK. These people truly love and take pride in what they do - their passion is evident in their work. I highly recommend them! They accommodated several people with life-threatening severe allergies, and they were so appreciative.

Georgeanna and her team are super responsive and detail-oriented and each of the chefs are very talented at curating a menu that fits your particular event needs. We asked them to provide a fusion menu that blended Indian, Italian and Mexican appetizers and entrees, all of which were a huge hit with our guests!

We hired Food Experience for our wedding in May and they did an incredible job! We received so many compliments on the appetizers and the buffet dinner. We also had a Pittsburgh cookie table which they set up for the reception and they boxed all the leftover cookies for people to take home at the end of the night.
