So pleasantly surprised to discover these amazing pastries at the Cashiers Green Market last week, I hope they become a regular vendor at the Wednesday market.

French Broad Pastry offers perfect French-style pastries that are absolutely delicious and out of this world. Their items, found at local farmers markets, are a real slice of French pâtisserie. The almond twist and croissants have perfect flavor, texture, and structure. Their broccoli and bacon quiche is one of the best things ever. For gluten-free options, their small, moist "Financier" cakes, like the peach caramel, will not disappoint. Everything is amazing, especially the cream puffs. Their pain au chocolat is perfect in every way for breakfast. They are well worth a visit for an incredible pastry experience.
