Decent pizza, service is pretty bad. Front desk workers act is if they don't want to be there at all.Charging almost 2$ for ranch with your already overpriced za is what truly did it for me.Not planning on returning.

I regret to say that my experience at this pizza place was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged our presence. When ordering the lady at the counter was downright rude. You would have thought she wanted us to walk out and not eat there. It's evident that they have no regard for customer satisfaction.Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other pizza joints that offer much better service and quality.

If you like good pizza and poor customer service, then this is the place for you. Pizza was good but the lady at the register was rude and short with two of the people in party and acted like we were inconveniencing her by bringing in business. If you came to the West location in hopes of the Alfredo sauce, then you made a mistake because they don’t have it.Make the drive to Black Mountain and gives them your business and get a much better experience!

Lady at the counter was salty… and they don’t have Alfredo for dipping sauce! Wanted to give a 1/2 star! Black mountain location is 20 times better!

Our family of four loved it. You order right when you come in the door and they give you a number. The cashier was nice and witty. They have a few inside tables and more tables available on the covered patio. We had the bbq chicken pizza, Scarface minus the spicy salami, and the spinach salad side. Both pizzas were great and there always a nice char on the crust (but not too overpowering). I liked that the chicken in the bbq pizza wasn't dried out like some places tend to do. The side salad is only $2 less than the entree portion, so I'm wondering how big the entree is because the side was pretty big. The flavors of the salad and dressing went well and I loved the local made feta. Overall, this is a solid bet for a quick bite.

Stopped in based on a local suggestionCan honestly say that this was some of the best pizza I've ever had. Crunchy bubbly thin crust, perfect sauce to cheese ratio and Delicious toppings. We got the Scar Face and I'll def be coming back next time I'm in the area

Read the reviews stating this was “the best gluten free pizza.” My mistake for trusting reviews. Also, on the website it says their “gluten free crust is homemade.” This is VERY hard to believe as it was perfectly round and had the typical holes poked on the bottom JUST LIKE EVERY PREMADE CRUST EVER.My family was visiting Asheville and had some AMAZING food, this was definitely a HUGE let down.

I agree with most of the reviews that say the pizza is good. We were in town and this looked like a good place for my wife and I to have something we both liked. Then we arrived. This is definitely NOT a touristy destination. The place is divey bordering on crudy. The cashier/order counter is right inside the door. The menu is in chalk behind the cashier. The menu doesn't give a clue about drinks or dessert. The drinks are in a cooler at the back of the customer. Drinks are canned or bottled. You can purchase bottled water or get tap water from one of two large IGLOO coolers on a table with tea, and other drinks. Service was quick, and the Scarface pizza was good. I would have liked more sausage, but there was plenty of pepperoni. Customers buss their own tables. The price for one Scarface pizza, olive bowl, one can of Diet Coke and a small Ceasar salad was $42+. Pricey for the food and atmosphere.

Just a little hole in the wall that makes the best pizza this girl has had in a long, LONG time!! Team was friendly, patient and helpful. Bathrooms were clean along with the dining area.

Traveling home through Asheville, my family requested pizza for dinner. I did a little research and found this place. It was perfect. We got in and out quickly. The food was delicious, and the staff made us feel at home. We would love to go back.

Went for gluten free pizza. Ordered and was notified they didn’t have any gluten free available. They made it right but disappointed that I ended up with a meh salad. Heads up you might want to call in advance to make sure they have gluten free available.

Locally recommended. The Scarface pie was all that. Sausage , pepperoni with a medium crust. Great pizza. Looking forward to trying other pizzas.
