Awesome local black-owned business. Every time I step inside the front door, there is the smell of coffee and the good energy of local entrepreneurs working to make a difference. Bruce Waller Jr. co-owner is a good friend and excellent resource, super motivated to make his community a better place. I'd recommend stopping in, hanging out, and tipping well!
I love this place. It Has Art and local information. Places to sit and share conversation. The barista’s are delightful and friendly. Worth stopping in for some coffee and maybe a cookie or muffin
Grind AVL is a great little coffee spot in the heart of the River Arts district. The coffee shop serves a variety of drinks, including uniquely flavored lattes like the Smores Latte, and offers sweet treats to pair with your drink. The indoor space is cozy and perfect for a quiet moment or a productive session, with private booths to get work done or take calls. The food is wonderful, like the delicious ham and cheese croissant. Grind AVL is a fantastic coffee shop with an excellent menu of various drinks and pastries. The shop is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is a great place to bring a laptop and work. Grind AVL is a great local spot with good espresso and delicious flavors. The vibe was chill with beautiful local art for sale. People are super friendly and welcoming. The coffee is loved. The price was great as well.
