We love Ginger’s Revenge and were super excited to see them open in South Slope. Great space with live music and pinball machines. Dog friendly inside. Staff was kind and welcoming. The ginger beer and Cocktails were delish!!

Everybody has got craft beer these days but Ginger's really has a great selection of unique beverages.AND Thanks to level 256 they've got pinball!

Got their main ginger beer at another brewery and wished I had cut out the middle man!! Sooo tasty and the ginger cut down my inevitable stomach pain from drinking

I visited Asheville for the first time in March and after a few days, I found myself in need of something lighter and more refreshing than beer. I saw Ginger's Revenge on tap at a local bar and decided to give it a try -- and it was love at first sip. I loved it so much that I immediately decided I needed to visit their brewery asap and try all their flavors. I loved the South Slope location; the lounge is intimate and cozy, the decor is impeccable, and the flights were interesting and delicious. And everything was so reasonably priced! And maybe most importantly, the service was top-notch. I clumsily managed to leave my wallet at the bar and only realized it after the lounge had closed. David, one of the co-founders, went above and beyond and drove over after-hours to return it to me. Everyone on staff that I encountered was kind and insightful. I truly cannot wait until I can visit again. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We were excited to visit this local Gingers Revenge South Slope Lounge. However, this location paled in our expectations of what we would consider a 'lounge'. Finding it is a whole other challenge, which added to the mystery and intrigue, however, wondering down curious hallways from the Buxton Hall entry felt like a lost opportunity to create a dark, luxurious, unexpected and intimate space. Instead, we found ourselves in a spacious sparse room with a giant refrigerator standing in the middle of a square bar...with a wood on wood finishes, it transported me back to my university bar! However, what this location lacks, it makes up with its flight samples. As eclectic, crisp, and flowery notes, tatilized my tastebuds. The flavors of the ginger concoctions were vast and unique with gentle ginger overtones to keep you coming back for more...a few tasted ashy and blaa, but on the most part they were inviting and exciting...giving you a gentle alchohol, with a subtle woozy heady experience. I will keep a look out for this product in local stores and other local bars, but I doubt I will return to this location as it is screaming for a stylish luxe makover!

Stopped by for an hour or so from out of town. We had a flight of the core four and all were amazing! Hibiscus Lavender was my favorite. Sam the bartender was great! Went home with a 4 pack. Bathroom details were nice as well: all genders, great TP, Mrs. Meyer's soap. We'll be back for sure.

If you're wanting something different than all the other breweries on the South Slope may I suggest Ginger's Revenge. Ginger beer lovingly brewed from all natural ingredients at the other end of Broadway in a continent tasting room under Buxton Hall Barbecue and in the alley behind Green Man's Dirty Jacks. The ginger beer is fantastic. (The Lime Agave flavor is my favorite). They also have a full bar and mocktails. Quiet music, some pinball machines, bars and tables and a couch or two. Great place to spend some time.

Both the alcoholic ginger beer and non-alcoholic ginger soda were delicious! Nice service and cool atmosphere.

WOW SO GOOD! If you've never tried ginger beer, this place is a must. Great service, nice vibe, bomb flavors, can't go wrong!

Love the new location, the vibe and lighting are just right. Glenna, the gingertender, was super friendly and helpful. They're dog friendly too!Love seeing this expansion from Gingers Revenge as these ginger beers are top notch! They've also got a few pinball machines if you're feeling sporty.

Friendly, clean, cozy, good music, pinball machines! It's about time Ginger's got a downtown location! Gimme more Ginger's!

10 stars! we love the new location of Ginger’s Revenge. First of all, their ginger beer & cocktails are amazing! their year-round flavors are delicious, and their small-batch flavors are always so unique and yummy! we also appreciate that they are dog-friendly. most of all, though, we love the people! the owners are the kindest, and Sam & James at the new location are fantastic! We played games there last night and came back tonight to get some work done. If you’re looking for a super cool location to hang, drink delicious ginger beer, and meet wonderful people, look no further than Ginger’s Revenge South Slope!
