We always stop here on the way to our Mountain home in Gatlinburg. The service is usually good and the food great. Today's experience was very different. April was our waitress. She took our order and I told her I wanted a Caesar salad, twice. I ended up getting a regular salad with ranch dressing so I just gave up and ate it. As soon as our food came to the table she brought our checks. I overheard her talking about leaving soon, so I guess that was the rush. She continued to come to the table about the bill and even asked my uncle 3 TIMES about paying while he was trying to eat. This was the rudest woman I've ever encountered as a waitress. We won't be back especially if she's there. It's obvious that she's in the wrong profession.

Great place , great service. The interesting thing is the "all you can eat " pizza . You are served with a 12" of your choice along with endless salad (even Caesar) . When and if you are ready for another pizza , they are quick to place another pizza order for you. I had stromboli , but after seeing those pizzas I wish I had tried it. ( also they offer you a take home box). Loved it can't wait to go back .

Lavazza coffee and Carlo Rossi wine. This place is fun! I've only been during lunch. The lunch specials are a good deal. Service was excellent.

Amazing food. I didn't want to stop eating even after I was full. It was very close to the hotel we stayed in, we always got fantastic service, and their sweet tea was damn near the best I've ever had. I ordered the Alfredo one night and a pizza the next and they were both great.

The food is great and the staff is friendly. They have the most biggest pieces of cake I have ever seen! We like to go there just for the desert too.

And I went to this restaurant looking for good Italian food and didn't find it. the pizza was OK the crust was like eating a dense floppy piece of bread. my wife's pasta chicken Alfredo had no flavor. the staff was subpar, we waited five minutes just to get a check so we can leave. we're headed home so I can try and fix my wife's food to make it edible.
