Fun place recommended to me by the receptionist at my hotel when I told her I was vegan. Lots of menu items. Corner location so lots of windows. I ordered a Japanese bowl and lentil soup. Both are too salty for me and too much oil used in the sauté of veggies. Next time I’ll ask for steamed veggies.
Very friendly stuff , it’s a certified Green Restaurant 😃
Service was great! Menu sucked, too many items with made up names. “Root Hash” means sweet potato. It could have meant a number of other different roots.
The atmosphere focused more on sustainability, over quality of food. The dining room was grungy. Way too expensive for the portions.

I came here to see what kind of pastries they might have and I’m regretting that I didn’t have breakfast here! They have a ton of options for food and pastries. I had the blueberry lemon muffin and a mocha with oatmilk. Service was fast and friendly and the person at the counter answered my many questions with grace and ease.
Very very very slow service...

Food was good, but it wasn’t anything noteworthy. They also charge a kitchen appreciation fee that is pretty hefty on all orders, higher than I’ve seen anywhere else in Asheville. It’s also a counter service cafe, not a waited table cafe so it just depends on what you’re looking for.

Such a great place for those who want to eat healthy and/or people with food Alergies.
The pastries are delicious and their smoothies are wonderful. They do have a kitchen with more substantial food which we will try next time we're in Asheville.
Devin ( Hi from a fellow Blue Texan) is an amazing employee who has a great sense of humor and made our time there so much better.
Fun eatery where you can meet others pretty easily or stay to yourself . Great location so you can get food there and then walk around the downtown area all at the same time.
Enjoy!
Dietary restrictions: Wife and I are GF and dairy free (not by choice) and this place is a very safe place to eat

We had a big group and all the food was great, came out quick and the staff were so sweet! We had a lot of questions due to some dietary questions and they were super accommodating.

I got the Mediterranean omelette and a green juice. Flavor was good, portions were kind of small for the price. Chef secret: add some jam onto your omelet for a true flavor burst!! Juicy tasted fresh and clean and made me feel cleansed after drinking!!

Stopped here TWICE while in Asheville. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. So many vegan options to choose from! We got the Woodstock breakfast with the tastiest tempeh I have ever had. The mocha latte was perfect also and not too sweet. Lunch was a Buddha bowl and I wish I would have gotten two. (Portions are generous I just wanted one for later) My son (4) loved the sunrise juice and it has a lot of healthy stuff in it. Winner winner!

Coffee was lukewarm and staff was unfriendly.
They have vegan bowls, wraps, smoothies, and some baked goods. I tried their Veggie Hummus wrap and Green Day smoothie. Both were so yummy! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and clean.
10% service charge? I found this to be very odd. At this place, you order the food yourself at the counter. They do bring the food over when it's done, but then you clean up for yourself afterward.I don't understand what service they're charging an additional fee for. I just wanted to mention that I was a little surprised to see that fee. I will still be back, and the food was awesome.
