Awesome local black-owned business. Every time I step inside the front door, there is the smell of coffee and the good energy of local entrepreneurs working to make a difference. Bruce Waller Jr. co-owner is a good friend and excellent resource, super motivated to make his community a better place. I'd recommend stopping in, hanging out, and tipping well!

The food is wonderful, like the delicious ham and cheese croissant. Grind AVL is a fantastic coffee shop with an excellent menu of various drinks and pastries. The shop is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is a great place to bring a laptop and work. Grind AVL is a great local spot with good espresso and delicious flavors. The vibe was chill with beautiful local art for sale. People are super friendly and welcoming. The coffee is loved. The price was great as well.
