My husband and I visited this excellent and amazing food truck located in Asheville, North Carolina, we had a great experience. Amazing food, delicious, good portions, good prices, customer service exceptional!! We got tostones, lechon pork with rice and black bean, sweet plantains, ham croquets, Cuban sandwich, mamey juice and jupina drink, everything was great, congratulations!! Please visit this place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals from Guajiro Cuban Comfort Food. The food truck sits outside of Hi-Wire Brewing. They have a relationship with the brewery which allows their customers to use the tables both outside and inside.

My dining partner ordered the Sweet Plantains (Plantanos Maduros), White Rice (Arroz Blanco), and Nana's Black Beans (Frijoles negros de Nana). I ordered Roasted Pork (Lechon Asado) with Mixed Rice and Black Beans (Arroz Concri)...

Excellent all around! This is one of my go-to breakfast spots in Asheville. Always amazing and that café con leche gets my day started right! Can’t say enough good things - eat here! You won’t regret it!
