Our waitress (Edith) was great - a natural given she is new:). Good atmosphere (View!) and good food. The blacked Mahi mahi was just a tiny bit overcooked. The Paella and salad were perfect. Will definitely be back!
Was hoping for something a little more cozy and a feel of south beach or Cuba. Didn't realize it was in a hotel which I can understand probably some constraints. View of city is one of the best in town hands down. Food was good not didn't blow us away. My wife did like her Cuban Sandwich. The Hemingway Mojito was really good. Def worth a visit.
Hemingway's advertises as serving authentic Cuban style food. We had the ceviche which was served with crispy plantain chips and corn chips, I had the bistec (marinated sirloin steak) and my husband had the seafood paella. The side dishes were black beans and rice. Portions were a good size, and attractively plated. Everything was served promptly. There is a nicely curated wine list, and the Portuguese rosé that I ordered was perfect with the meal.
