Love the Meadows area. It did feel like a daycare center on Friday afternoon. Moved over to watch volleyball to avoid the hoard of kids. Beer was nice. Had some small batch IPA that was nice. Really wish they would open up the roof deck to us instead of events only.

We had a nice afternoon on the patio for St. Patrick's day! The on tap beers and cider we tried were really flavorful, and the food trucks on site were easy to order from (and delicious). Great space for getting together with friends and listening to live music.
Wonderful staff wonderful ambiance, very clean bathrooms and great beer.

This is a definite must try for anyone who enjoys breweries. I just happened upon it but so glad I did. They had so much going on. It is one of the top ten breweries in the country I have visited. The atmosphere was great and the beers were top notch. I especially like the many small batch beers they had on tap. Definitely worth a return trip. Cheers!

Highland Brewing is one of the most go to places in Asheville. During the summer the meadow is open with volleyball games playing and disk golfers enjoying the course. They have just installed a kids area with natural play sets. Which honestly was the highlight of our trip because we could relax and not worry about the kids bothering anyone. During the weekends bands play and all are welcome. Grab a picnic table or bring a chair and relax. Dogs are welcome and its stroller accessible. The beer is fresh and delicious either on draft or in can. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating away from the meadow as well with a quiet atmosphere and great music playing. While we were sitting outside a bee chose my Peachful can to test out because it was just that fresh and fragrant. This is simply a great place to hang out and get away for a while and enjoy all that the world has to offer in this one spot.
