This was my second time ever at a Huddle House (The closest one near my town is an hour away) so I was happy to find one while visiting Asheville, NC. The food was very good, the service was attentive, and my friend and I had a really nice breakfast. The coffee was great too.

The food was very good and tasty for the price. However of the fifty some odd huddle houses we have visited we have only visited a single clean one and this us no different. It creates a personal viewpoint that nasty tables and floors r part of the aesthetic. The staff were friendly but one oddly carried her purse the entire time impeding how she does her job. If its for a medical reason I would hope a better faster easier way would be suggested or be made available. We disliked the loud shouting from the line to the associates while we tried to eat since the cooks were dishing it out faster than the associates could carry it. This is the first huddle house in the nation we have ever seen on any shift with more than one cook behind the line ever so that was a pleasant change to witness. Would eat here again with correct expectations.

Our waitress was really attentive and we did not have to wait very long for our food. The food was really good and hot. It is a friendlier place than it used to be. Hannah and Valerie were excellent waitresses and Rodney cooked our food well. I wish they were open later because we always used to come for dinner but we work and can only come in on the weekend now with these hours.Kid-friendliness: It is kid and family friendly.Parking: There is plenty of parking out front and on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access.

Absolutely a great experience to visit this establishment. The waiter was friendly and showed us the different items on the menu, and our food did not take long to prepare. It was delicious. I would totally recommend this restaurant, the service was great, as well as the food. Overall a nice experience.Parking: Avalible parking lots

My wife and I have eaten at Huddle house on Hendersonville Road numerous times and the experience has always been positive until today 12/21/2022. We entered the restaurant at 10:30 and immediately sat down at one of 5 or 6 available tables. The very pleasant young waitress took our order within 5 minutes and brought coffee and water. And then we waited and waited and waited for almost an hour. We watched as other customers who came in after us were served and even finished eating while we waited. The waitress apologized several times and brought more coffee. When she came again and apologized again and offered a fourth cup, I finally said "we are not going to get breakfast, right? Again she apologized as we got up. She said that I did not have to pay for the coffee, my wife only had water, but I left $2 on the table In my 40years residing in Asheville, I have eaten at this Huddle House many times, but never again.

Absolutely STUNNING!! Very clean, fast and delicious ! Even with a busy Saturday morning breakfast crowd. They got us in and out. We didn't wait at all. Server was very nice. Food was delicious!!!! We will definitely look for this chain in other areas. We traveled in from Ohio.

I stopped by today to get my dad some pancakes as he requested. He's in the hospital and it's not looking good. I tried to open the door not realizing they was closed, James came to the door and could see the tears in my eyes as I ask him for two pancakes for my father. He not only stopped his cook John from shutting down the oven he allowed me in while the pancakes was being made and gave me a complimentary tea! I feel like this man was my angel today, something so small had a huge impact on my heart. These two men are amazing people.

Exactly what you would expect. If you've ever been to a diner you know.Eat at booth or at counter, watch food cooked on the griddle, eat and enjoy.Menu was a little outside the standard. Had a Philly cheese steak omelette. $10I'll be going back.

The waiter Travis was very nice, did a great job. Food was average, had breakfast, bacon was cooked on a dirty grill so had to blot it with a napkin, didn't have time to send it back. I'm a veteran, didn't know you gave a discount, happy to know that!

The food is irrelevant to this situation. After being given multiple dirty dishes, the manager comes over and apologizes, because the dishwasher and glass cleaner has been broken for months and isn't cleaning properly, and they're currently in the back hand washing dishes. If this has been an issue for months, why even use it? Disgusting. Absolute disregard for cleanliness. I will not be returning, which is disappointing, because I used to love this restaurant.

Best pancakes we've ever had and the service was exceptional. It was actually a pleasure to dine there because the staff were so friendly. The prices are decent and the food was delicious. We each got the MVP and it was plenty big!My hashbrowns were overly crispy for my liking but that's my only complaint.Great place to take the kiddos for a yummy, pleasant breakfast ?

The servers were really struggling they were busy but not as busy as it seemed. Needs to be better cleaned after the previous customers leave there was food in our booth seat and the table wasn't wiped. The food took almost an hour at this location and the young lady seemed so over whelmed I really wanted to help her. Until I noticed our food was sitting in the heat lamp for about 8 mins and was really trying to watch her do nothing but have so much to do. I used to favor huddle house over waffle house not anymore. I will stay away from both.
