Not many options for Jamaican food in this town. It certainly tasted like they were trying to cater to the main stream here. Located in the mall food court. I suppose I shouldn't have had high expectations. I ordered 2 plates to get a sample of their offerings. While they gave me about six cups of rice per plate, the portion size of meat and sides left something to be desired.

This was literally the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had! I got the jerk chicken, yellow rice and cabbage and some beef patties. I’m originally from Florida where Jamaican food spots are everywhere, so finding this little gem here in Asheville was such a great surprise. Highly recommend!!!

This place is an hour from my house, but I’ve made the extra effort to stop here several times. I love curried goat. Unfortunately they never have it, so always leave a bit disappointed. Either take it off the menu or have it available all the time please.
I end up settling for the curried chicken. Has great flavor, but as others have said, very little meat, mostly bones. Some are dangerously sharp. Overall it’s great to have this restaurant. I just wish they would...
