We visited Itto Ramen today and ordered the Itto Classic ramen. The broth was rich, and the seared pork belly had an amazing smoky aroma and flavor. Miss Sky kindly recommended the pan-fried dumplings, and they turned out to be incredibly juicy and delicious. Her warm and attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable. We truly had a great time dining here ❤️recommend 👍👍👍

I travel for a living and have had Ramen everywhere I have ever been as it is one of my favorite foods and I can say this was the best Ramen I have ever had. The spicy Ramen was absolutely fantastic. The service and atmosphere were also excellent. I couldn't have had better food on a cold rainy night Asheville night.

Not sure if I've reviewed this place before or not. But, whenever I visit Asheville (from Charlotte), this is one of our must-go places. Never fails. Great ramen and tapas. Great service e as well.
