We ordered enough suds for 30 people. They only gave us about 15 napkins. I was getting more and one of the associates said there are napkins in the bag. No utensils for the lettuce, tomatoes or onions.

The staff needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. Twice now, they acted as if customers are an annoyance and they are extremely flippant, when interacting with customers. Common courtesy seems to be a foreign concept to the staff. Someone needs to explain to them: no customers, no job !!!

We placed an order for work for 12 people, giving each person their own order in a box. Jersey Mike's is one of the rare places that allows you to order what you want exactly how you want which is why we picked it. Every single order was correct and perfect. They did a fantastic job. The gentleman even carried the big box with our order out to my car and loaded it for me. I had accidentally missed an order too and they allowed me to add it last minute and pay for it. The entire time they had a great attitude and I never felt like I was causing a problem. It's so rare to find that anymore in restaurants. I wanted to be sure to brag on this particular location and how impressed we were. We will definitely use them again in the future!

I ordered an original Italian on wheat bread with chips. I provided a picture of what I got below, also no chips. It’s so bad, I’m sitting here laughing. Do not order from this location. They are literally unable to read the tickets and make the basic sandwiches they offer. This is too pathetic for words. Take a look at the picture of the “original Italian” below ordered with lettuce, tomato, spicy mustard, mayo, wheat beard, etc. Are any of you feeling hungry?

Not sure why I continue to stop in at this location. Today I waited 25 minutes for my 2 sandwhich mobile order. Staff is much less friendly, service is significantly slower, portions & freshness of food are terrible! It’s worth the 15 minute drive to the east Asheville location instead of

Literally the worst Jersey Mike's ever. Other customers have stated the same thing I'm about to say. I paid almost $20 for a sub with almost no meat or toppings so I paid $20 for bread. Called the manager and they said that every JM I've been too (which has been all over the state and the region) must be giving more than they are supposed to. Like no F's given. I order from Jersey Mike's almost every month and waited 4 days before I wrote this commentary on JM to reply to my messages to corporate and not a word. I may not come back at all after this. If you are going to JM- use the East Asheville/ River Hills location - they will make you a good sandwich. (Online order)

Ok me and my mother go in there nobody’s there and there’s 3 workers so we place our order for one whole sandwich a half and a wrap so we sit down and they tell us it’s going to be a minute that they hafta clean the slicer so we said ok no problem so we had to sit in the dining area and listen to the employees talk about how bad her neighborhood is and how guys are always yelling at her and stuff and then her manager says he’ll go ahead and cash me out so he said like 22 dollars and I knew that was way to cheap for what I ordered and then he hands me two half’s of a sandwich so we asked were is the rest of what we ordered and he insisted that it was all in the bag when clearly it wasn’t so long story short it’s sad to say u can’t even get a sandwich in 2025. McDonald’s seems to have better management then these places
