Literally the worst Jersey Mike's ever. Other customers have stated the same thing I'm about to say. I paid almost $20 for a sub with almost no meat or toppings so I paid $20 for bread. Called the manager and they said that every JM I've been too (which has been all over the state and the region) must be giving more than they are supposed to. Like no F's given. I order from Jersey Mike's almost every month and waited 4 days before I wrote this commentary on JM to reply to my messages to corporate and not a word. I may not come back at all after this. If you are going to JM- use the East Asheville/ River Hills location - they will make you a good sandwich. (Online order)

Ok me and my mother go in there nobody’s there and there’s 3 workers so we place our order for one whole sandwich a half and a wrap so we sit down and they tell us it’s going to be a minute that they hafta clean the slicer so we said ok no problem so we had to sit in the dining area and listen to the employees talk about how bad her neighborhood is and how guys are always yelling at her and stuff and then her manager says he’ll go ahead and cash me out so he said like 22 dollars and I knew that was way to cheap for what I ordered and then he hands me two half’s of a sandwich so we asked were is the rest of what we ordered and he insisted that it was all in the bag when clearly it wasn’t so long story short it’s sad to say u can’t even get a sandwich in 2025. McDonald’s seems to have better management then these places

If I could rate zero stars I would. When I got there I was the only person in the store. Took my order instantly but waited 30 minutes for them to cook my sub. They kept going with the online orders and I feel as if they should serve the one in person customer first!

They said they would grill the meat to remove bacteria for my wife's sub... they put it on the grill and then the manager said to take it off and to make the sub cold. The manager has no sense of customer service. We generally tip well but did not this time because of the manager. We also ordered another hot sub at the same time so the request was not unreasonable.

First time trying jersey mikes. Was very happy with the food but the employees at this location need some customer service training. The gentleman who took our order was very short and unfriendly and rushed us through the line. We had to ask the cashier to add things to our sub. The cashier, a new hire, and one of the cooks were friendly, the others were not and goofing off. Will definitely eat again but from a different location for sure.

My order which was one 6 inch sub somehow took 40 minutes to make. I was waiting watching others order and receive their food before I got mine. I wanted to ask for a refund of my tip but didn't want to be that guy.

I ordered two subs and only one came. I'm not sure if it was Jersey Mike's or Ubers fault, but Jersey mikes knew exactly which sub was missing and I had to go through Uber support to get a refund and buy another sandwich. The lady on the phone from Jersey Mike's was nice but everything seemed chaotic based on what I heard and it took a minute for her to really even talk on the phone. I know this happens a lot and it was probably just an accident but it's annoying that I have to spend even more money.
This is the first Jersey Mike's I have been to in this area that has fun and friendly people working here. There was an error made by the company itself in an ad in store and the manager on duty was absolutely the sweetest in fixing it. I rather enjoyed their energy in this store as well!!

Got a sub to go. When checking out, the employee wasn't sure how to ring up my order. Payed the order and ate the sub in my car parked outside the establishment. As I was eating, an employee went out to the parking lot and knocked on my car window, stating they had given me the wrong sub. I told him I was already eating it, and he proceeded to tell the other customer, standing behind him, the same. Then proceed to say "never mind it's okay" and left.

As someone who spent 10 years in the food and hospitality industry; id rather just remain passive when food isn't to be expected. The subs we got today were DELICIOUS as always. Delicious. Staff was friendly as per usual. My reason for reviewing is that I suspect there's an issue with the communication between your online orders and what is dispatched to the store location.
We ordered three subs. Two Italians on parm bread, one without tomatoes, and a Philly hold the jalapeños. We recieved them without the parm bread, with tomatoes on both, and jalapeños on the Philly. After checking the receipt; we saw them listed as regular despite double checking we had custom orders. You could counter with we should have read the receipt in the store and inquired further to make sure; but I am suspecting that your online to in-inshop isn't in unison.
Please keep in mind the subs were wonderful as always and the staff was friendly to me as always. No complaints about the food or service. I'm my opinion; I just think you need to run some tests on the order-to-inshop.
