I put in a mobile order (1 sandwich, chips, bottle) from the parking lot when it wasn't busy, and walked in. While I was waiting, other people walked in and were served first. It took them 30 minutes to finish my order.

First off I always love the food. But the service is always so bad, they are always so rude and loud. We had this one girl who talked to us like we were an inconvenience to her day. She was rude and talked back. She made my decision to never go back. She also didn’t wrapped my sandwich tight enough it all fell out in the back.

Great sandwich. Kudos to the young man prepping it on the grill. Went the extra mile and it was appreciated! The overweight lethargic kid taking my order acted like he was doing me a favor taking my order and my hard-earned money -this was over $50 for two sandwiches, one for myself and one for my wife, not including a 10% tip. Not a great recipe to encourage future business especially when I only treat myself a couple times a month to one of those giant kahunas. Would have only...
