The ambiance and the wait staff are always great; however, sadly the food is not. Last time we ate there the food was just okay. This time, the burger was nothing to write home about, the sweet potato fries were hard and at these prices, you want to leave feeling like money well spent. The worst was the grilled chicken tenders off the kids menu-they were so season less and honestly so overcooked that they were impossible to chew; I literally had to spit them out. This was true the last time we visited but I was hoping for redemption. I literally packed up the meal (which will be thrown away ultimately), went home and ate. That's sad at over $8.00 (note this poster has dietary restrictions so this was about the only thing on the menu that could be eaten even though I am not a kid). I walked out with the determination that we will not be returning there!

The service we had was great. The food was excellent and there was plenty. I especially liked the fried green beans. The sweet tea was very good and our waitress kept our glasses full. Will definitely be returning to Juicy Lucy's.

We lucked out when we stopped in for a late lunch at Juicy Lucy's. Great vibe as you enter and THE best server, Jansen! We had the fried pickles to start with drinks from the bar. The Wagu burger is one of the best I've ever had. Such a rare find; great food and service at affordable prices.

Like everywhere else, the prices were outrageous ? but the food was wonderful ? Great choice of burgers ?. I had the brie cheese w/ fig & onion jam & bacon. My only comment was it could use a bit more cheese, but otherwise delicious ?❗️Had the fried green tomatoes as a side...best I've ever had‼️And I know how to make them‼️HIGHLY recommend ? ?Vegetarian options: There were options.Wheelchair accessibility: Space between tables wide enough for most wheelchairs

I spent $80 for two meals of disgusting greasy hamburgers, overpriced fries, and two beers. Should have stopped after the appetizer which was actually good. After which, experienced severe food poisening the rest of the day. Had to pay extra for sweet potatoe fries which were actually the ends of the fries and not the whole fry. We will never be back. However, our server was excellent. Very disappointed and it ruined my Sunday. And I feel like I wasted $80 on a meal that made us sick.
Addy was amazing. Very attentive and terrific personality. Food was excellent as well. Great experience and will definitely come back when we are in town.
