They will turn off all outdoor lighting close to 8 pm to divert customers. The lobby is locked fully and the drive through is “open” but the employees will wait 5 minutes or more to respond in effort to have the customer choose to leave. This has been occurring daily for so very long, but the franchise owner has not stepped in. All employees who work the night shift should be replaced with employees who work.

Food was barely warm. Mashed potatoes were very bland, and the gravy no longer tasted like before. The service was VERY slow. For some reason, they thought it was more important to help and process three cars before even taking our order. $37 for eight tenders, two sides, and two drinks!?!?! We had to ASK for napkins, plates, utensils, straws, butter, honey. Apparently, we were expected to enjoy our meal without needing any of these for a dine in order.

Stopped to get dinner for my family it was only 830 but they were basically pretending to be closed they don't close untill 10 they won't even answer the speakers or come to the window. And the doors are locked. If they need to close early put up a sign so people don't waste time. This store is always wonky the other kfcs in town do great patton ave needs to get there crap together. If it's lack of workers pay better or something. Sad they are gonna keep lis9ng bussiness if they keep it up, several cars pulled away myself included.

Is happenwd on several occasions i& once again I was missing part of my order and I did not discover it until I got home and no one wants to drive back. While I was ordering I had to keep repeating myself and the person at the window said she was sorry that everyone was talking behind her. Maybe management should do something about that. I've been ripped off once again and it's too much trouble to drive back or call.

I ordered online. It told me it would be ready at 4:35 but when I arrived at 5. They said it was given to someone else. I have a unique name and I feel that it was not the truth. The person helping me said she has no idea how this could happen, can’t give me a refund and has no manager on site. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes which makes online ordering ahead pointless and a waste of time. I think someone thought it wasn’t going to be picked up and ate it. Also 25 mins? To “drop” more chicken? Now I’m stuck in traffic while my chicken gets cold.

Kind of iffy With this review unfortunately, one of the gentlemen was not very friendly. It was kind of rude about them, not Caring any type of artificial sugars for the Unsweet tea. Then when I asked why the side door was locked and I couldn't get in that door to go to the bathroom first. He was kind of rude and stated that they knew it was locked and it always stayed locked. However the cashier it was a very nice lady. We talked for a few minutes about her other job.
I gave a 3 star because the food was really good as well as the restaurant was clean. Just the partial service was iffy

Orders 8 pcs of chicken..nothing else. Waited over 30 min watching people leave with their orders. I went to counted and said its been 30 min if you don't have my order I want a refund. I was given a refund but no apology, no let me get your order, no nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and the person at the counter replied "I am the manager". I told her the least she could do was apologize, or resolve issue. She said I'm sorry and gave me my receipt.

Never going back. I work at a hotel and I will be directing guests to go elsewhere.

The new chizza was something my son really wanted to try. I thought it was very good. The chicken was amazingly moist and juicy. We both highly recommend it.

It seems like it takes long to cook but the staff was so nice and apologized for the wait.
